Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Key Biscayne Stormwater Water Quality Treatment 9
Technology Testing Initiative is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 306, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $275,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Key Biscayne 16
Stormwater Water Quality Treatment Technology Testing Initiative 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 306. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
