Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miramar Water Main Infrastructure Improvements 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 398, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miramar Water 16
Main Infrastructure Improvements as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 398. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
