Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miramar Historic Miramar Drainage Improvements 9
Phase V is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representati ves and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 397, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miramar 16
Historic Miramar Drainage Improvements Phase V as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 397. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
