Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Key West Glass Crusher is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 283, herein incorporated by ref erence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Key West 14
Glass Crusher as described in Appropriations Projec t Request 15
283. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
