Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Extended-Release Injectable Naltrexone 9
(Vivitrol) Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 294, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $847,408 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
State Court System to fund the Extended-Release Injectable 16
Naltrexone (Vivitrol) Program as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 294. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
