Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Casa Familia Shared Living is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 337, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Casa Familia 14
Shared Living as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
337. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
