Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Polk County - Community Paramedicine Program 9
Expansion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 171, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $450,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Polk County - Community 16
Paramedicine Program Expansion as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 171. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
