Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Florida Humanities Council is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 392, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund the Florida Humanities Council as 14
described in Appropriations Project Reque st 392. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
