Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Lakes NW 162nd Street and NW 79th Avenue 9
Drainage Improvements Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 414, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $726,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami Lakes 16
NW 162nd Street and NW 79th Avenue Drainage Improvements Project 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 414. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
