Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. FACT Team serving Putnam and St. Johns Counties 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 157, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the FACT Team 16
serving Putnam and St. Johns Counties as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 157. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
