Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply 10
Authority Phase 3C Regional Water Transmission Pipeline is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 369, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Peace 17
River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority Phase 3C Regional 18
Water Transmission Pipeline as described in Appropriations 19
Project Request 369. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
