Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Beach County Glades Region Infrastructure 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 388, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the Palm 16
Beach County Glades Region Infrastructure Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 388. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
