Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs Positive 9
Youth Development Program is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 303, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Juvenile Justice to fund the Florida Alliance 16
of Boys & Girls Clubs Positive Youth Development Program as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 303. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
