Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Mote Marine SEA Labs is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 475, herein incorporated by refere nce. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Mote Marine 14
SEA Labs as described in Appropriations Project Reque st 475. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
