Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Marine Research Hub of South Florida is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 492, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Marine Research 14
Hub of South Florida as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 492. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
