Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. A Billion Clams for Charlotte Harbor is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 251, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,070,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the A 14
Billion Clams for Charlotte Harbor as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 251. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
