Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. State College of Florida, Manatee -Sarasota - 9
Science and Technology Building is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 395, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,091,485 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the State College of 16
Florida, Manatee-Sarasota - Science and Technology Building as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 395. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
