Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Venice Water Treatment Plant 2nd Stage Membrane 9
Phase 1 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representat ives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 252, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $850,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmenta l Protection to fund the Venice Water 16
Treatment Plant 2nd Stage Membrane Phase 1 as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 252. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
