Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Tamarac ADA Compatible & Smart Park 9
Enhancements - Caporella Park is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 242, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Tamarac ADA 16
Compatible & Smart Park Enhancements - Caporella Park as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 242. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
