Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Coral Gables Citywide Septic to Sewer 9
Conversion Assessment is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 131, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $375,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protectio n to fund the Coral Gables 16
Citywide Septic to Sewer Conversion Assessment as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 131. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
