Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Easter Seals South Florida Health Facility 9
Upgrade is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 216, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $550,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Easter Seals South Fl orida 16
Health Facility Upgrade as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 216. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
