Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. UF/IFAS - Joint Florida Lakewatch and Florida 9
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Building is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in Th e Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 427, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,285,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the UF/IFAS - Joint Florida 16
Lakewatch and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Building as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 427. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
