Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Shoreline Restoration and Protection for Marie 10
Selby Botanical Gardens' Historic Spanish Point Campus is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 393, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $1,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Shoreline 17
Restoration and Protection for Marie Selby Botanical Gardens' 18
Historic Spanish Point Campus as described in Appropriations 19
Project Request 393. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
