Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Academy at the Farm Charter High School is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 429, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,062,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Education to fund the Academy at the Farm 14
Charter High School as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 429. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
