Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. House of Hope of Florida is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 138, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Children and Families to fund the House of 14
Hope of Florida as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
138. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
