Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Near Peer Coaching for Post -Secondary Success 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 498, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Near Peer Coaching for Post -16
Secondary Success as described in Appropriations Project Request 17
498. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
