Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Dania Beach NW/SW 1 Avenue Water Infrastructure 9
Revitalization is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 447, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protec tion to fund the Dania Beach 16
NW/SW 1 Avenue Water Infrastructure Revitalization as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 447. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
