Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Florida Trade Academy is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 422, herein incorporated by refer ence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $503,788 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the Florida Trade Academy as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 422. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
