Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Sanibel - Sanibel Slough Dredging and Muck 9
Removal is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 574, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Sanibel - 16
Sanibel Slough Dredging and Muck Removal as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 574. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
