Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Osceola County Lake Runnymede Boat Ramp and 9
Vegetation Harvesting Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 552, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $375,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to fund the Osceola 16
County Lake Runnymede Boat Ramp and Vegetation Harvesting 17
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 552. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
