Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Online Career Adult High School Program for 9
State of FL Library System is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 556, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Online Career Adult High 16
School Program for State of FL Library System as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 556. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
