Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Transitional Housing for Survivors of Human 9
Trafficking is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 513, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Legal Affairs and Attorney General to fund the 16
Transitional Housing for Survivors of Human Trafficking as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 513. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
