Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Youth Of Valor Empowerment (Y.O.V.E.) Program 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 565, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Youth Of Valor Empowerment 16
(Y.O.V.E.) Program as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 565. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
