Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Beacon College – Tuition Assistance for 9
Students with Learning and Attention Issues is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 528, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Beacon College – Tuition 16
Assistance for Students with Learning and Attention Issues as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 528. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
