Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Springs South Drive Road and Stormwater 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 324, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protecti on to fund the Miami 16
Springs South Drive Road and Stormwater Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 324. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
