Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Retention Plan for DJJ Contracted Direct -Care 9
Staff is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 547, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Juvenile Justice to fund the Retention Plan 16
for DJJ Contracted Direct -Care Staff as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 547. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
