Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Springs Erosion Control and Stabilization 9
of Drainage is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 185, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the Miami 16
Springs Erosion Control and Stabilization of Drainage as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 185. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
