Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Eastern Florida State College - Center for 9
Innovative Technology Education (CITE) is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 707, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,974,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Eastern Florida State 16
College - Center for Innovative Technology Education (CITE) as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 707. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
