Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hardee County Phase 8 Regional Wastewater & 9
Potable Water Service Improvements is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 491, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Hardee 16
County Phase 8 Regional Wastewater & Potable Water Service 17
Improvements as described in Appropriations Project Request 491. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
