Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Hardee County Emergency Operations Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 384, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $9,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Division of Emergency Management to fund the Hardee County 14
Emergency Operations Center as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 384. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
