Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. St. John Bosco Clinic is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 335, herein incorporated by refer ence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Health to fund the St. John Bosco Clinic as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 335. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
