Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. JAFCO Children's Ability Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 431, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $850,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the JAFCO 14
Children's Ability Center as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 431. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
