Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Arc Culinary Emergency Food Safety and Security 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 343, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $510,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Arc Culinary 16
Emergency Food Safety and Security as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 343. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
