Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Monroe County Mobile Vessel Pumpout Program is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 291, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Monroe County 14
Mobile Vessel Pumpout Program as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 291. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
