Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Community Health of South Florida - Coconut 10
Grove Health Center Medical Care and Mental Health Services is 11
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 408, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $700,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Health to fund the Community Health of South 17
Florida - Coconut Grove Health Center Medical Care and Mental 18
Health Services as described in Appropriations Project Request 19
408. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
