Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Drug Free America Foundation - Reducing the Use 9
of Marijuana During Pregnancy and Postpartum is an 10
Appropriations Project as defin ed in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 438, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $221,903 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Drug Free America Foundation - 16
Reducing the Use of Marijuana During Pregnancy and Postpartum as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 438. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
