Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. UF-IFAS – West Florida Research and Education 9
Center Dormitory/Museum Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 529, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,650,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the UF-IFAS – West Florida 16
Research and Education Center Dormitory/Museum Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 529. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
