Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Orlando Sanford International Airport Business 9
Park Development is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 730, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportun ity to fund the Orlando 16
Sanford International Airport Business Park Development as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 730. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
