Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Regional 9
K9 Training and Boarding Facility is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rule s of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 772, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Hillsborough 16
County Sheriff's Office Regional K9 Training and Boarding 17
Facility as described in Appropriations Project Request 772. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
