Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Atlantic University - Health Sciences 9
Training and Research Facility is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 752, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the Florida Atlantic University - 16
Health Sciences Training and Research Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 752. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
